After years of severe stomach pain, bloating, and joint pain and never knowing the cause of it, I finally decided to go gluten free. Being Irish, Celiac Disease is much more common in anyone of Irish descent. I didn’t know much about eating gluten-free, but I did know that Celiac Disease ran in my family. So, I decided to give it a try and immediately felt better.
I’ve been eating strictly gluten free for over 13 years now, and when I first started out I didn’t have the options that thankfully, we have now.
I know it can still be incredibly frustrating and hard to deal with sometimes, so I want to share all my favorite gluten free recipes, recommendations, tips, tricks, and more! But I am not a medical professional, so please, always speak with with your trusted medical professional about any health decisions/concerns.
