There’s nothing better than a burger, fries, and milkshake – right? So I’m breaking down the whole In n Out gluten free menu, so next time you hit the drive thru you’ll know exactly what to order!
What’s Gluten Free At In-n-Out Burger?
I ate at In-n-Out for the first time last year, I was so excited! I love a cheeseburger, with fries, and a milkshake. There’s no better combo in my opinion! So, everything at In n Out is gluten-free, with the exception of their hamburger buns! Honestly, that part was a little disappointing!
But, that means you can still get a milkshake, cheese fries and an Animal-style burger safely, as long you say “Protein-style for a Gluten Allergy” when you place your order.
Fries are fresh-cut potatoes in a segregated fryer [french fries are the only fried item at In-n-Out].
In-n-Out’s allergy protocol calls for a clean station, changed gloves, separate utensils and more.

If you’re reading this, wondering what In n Out’s “spread” is it’s the delicious sauce that comes on their burgers, a mixture of ketchup, mayonnaise, and sweet pickle relish.
In this post, I went over the In n Out gluten free menu! As you can see, even though they don’t have gluten free buns [which in my opinion, everyone should offer] they still have a TON of gluten free options for us to enjoy! I hope this was helpful!
