Texas Roadhouse tries to make some of their current menu items gluten-friendly, but to be honest they come up short. They don’t have a gluten free kitchen so cross contamination can occur with any of their food, which as you know can be a real issue if you suffer from Celiac.

They also don’t offer any gluten free buns and don’t provide any gluten-free seasonings, sauces, or marinades for any of their dishes so you’re limited to salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar for pretty much everything.

There are a few things to eat if you decide to eat here, just make sure to let your waiter know that you are needing to eat gluten-free.
