I’m sure you’ve seen it in your local grocery store, but if you haven’t – Bob’s Red Mill is a brand that makes a TON of gluten free products. Like, gf granola, flour, almond flour, coconut flour, xanthan gum, arrowroot starch, egg replacer, gluten free chocolate cake mix, pie crust, muffin mix, and the list goes on.
It’s basically a dream for someone who’s gluten free! Since they have so many products it gives you a ton of options for recipes. You can make something from starch with their gluten free flours or make gluten free cookies with their bag of gluten free cookie mix.
Bob’s Red Mill gluten free 1-to-1 baking flour is a blend of gluten free flours, starches and xanthan gum, making it easy to transform traditional cookies, cakes, brownies, muffins and pancakes into gluten free treats. This flour is designed for quick breads and not recommended for use in yeast recipes.
And their Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour is a versatile gluten free flour blend, without xanthan gum or guar gum. So that makes this flour great for bread and all kinds of gluten free baked goods!

This flour makes baking gluten free super easy. It works as one-to-one measurement for flour in gluten-free baking.
So, if a recipe calls for 1 cup of all-purpose flour, you just swap it for 1 cup of Bob’s Red Mill 1:1 gluten-free flour instead.
Bob’s Red Mill’s gluten-free flour is made of a blend of flours [sweet rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, whole grain sorghum flour], starches [potato starch and tapioca flour] and xanthan gum, all that work in together to mimic the taste and texture of gluten in baked goods.

Whole Foods also carries a ton of Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free products. I love using their products because they have a dedicated gluten free facility and they take cross contamination very seriously.
