Something about homemade ranch dressing just tastes better than store bought bottled ranch. You might think it would be complicated to make ranch dressing from scratch, but it’s really pretty simple! There’s a reason why when you go to a restaurant their ranch is always so good, and the reason is – it’s homemade! You can’t beat the flavor of ranch made with fresh herbs and a creamy base.
Using just 8 simple ingredients this GF ranch recipe is smooth, creamy, and addictive!
I love an easy recipe, all you have to do with this one is measure it out, throw it in a blender and mix it together! I like that you can customize it for yourself, like I love dill – so I add a ton of dill, if it’s not your favorite you don’t have to add as much as I do. You can also use a vegan mayo to make this recipe vegan as well!
- mayo
- unsweetened almond milk
- apple cider vinegar
- parsley
- minced onion
- garlic
- fresh dill
- black pepper
You can also use onion powder or garlic powder if you know for sure they’re gluten free. But I don’t always trust powders, I find that they irritate my belly. I just think it tastes fresher using the minced onion and minced garlic.
I like to use this ranch dressing on everything! But especially for dipping vegetables in it! It’s perfect for salads, pizza, dipping gf chicken nuggets, french fries, you name it!
Gluten Free Homemade Ranch
Equipment
- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups GF Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1 1/2 Tsp Dehydrated Minced Onion
- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mayo, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, parsley, minced onion, minced garlic, fresh dill, and black pepper.1 1/2 Cups GF Mayonnaise, 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Parsley, 1 1/2 Tsp Dehydrated Minced Onion, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Fresh Chopped Dill, 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- Blend until creamy.
