The first recipe I’m going to share with you is on King Arthur’s website. What I love about their website is they have ‘baking mode’ which you can toggle on and it prevents your screen from going dark as you follow along! That’s so cool – how do I do that on my blog? Cause I NEED IT!
Their recipe is as follows –
- 2 1/3 cups (233g) King Arthur Gluten-Free Pizza Flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1 1/4 cups (284g) water, warm
- 1 tablespoon (13g) olive oil
