Because, let’s be honest – the best part about going to a game is getting a Fenway Frank. So keep reading to find out what’s gluten free at Fenway Park!
Gluten Free at Fenway Park
I’ve been going to Red Sox games at Fenway my whole life, so when they finally had gluten free options for me to eat I was so excited! I think one of the best parts about going to a game, is getting to eat a hot dog, drinking a diet coke, and maybe an ice cream after for dessert!
If you’ve been to a game at Fenway before, you know that like most ballparks, there are food concession stands everywhere. But, not every concession stand is going to offer the same thing. In fact, there is only one concourse at Fenway that offers these gluten free foods. But, it is the biggest and main section of the park.
I’ve also heard that the Red Sox have added gluten-free pizza to their gluten free food options, but I have not personally seen that so I don’t know for sure if that’s true – hopefully it is!

“MingsBings, Chef Ming Tsai’s gluten-free vegan pocket line, has been named the “Official Bing of the Boston Red Sox”. Traditionally, vegans, vegetarians and those who seek gluten-free meals have had limited food options at ballparks and stadiums across the country. Fenway Park will now be offering its fans an affordable, vegan, gluten-free and food-allergen friendly hand-held food created by Boston’s own Iron Chef, Ming Tsai. MingsBings’ Cheeseburger Bing and Sausage and Peppers Bing, both 100% plant-based, will be available to purchase for $6 before and during each home game on Jersey Street, the Sam Deck and through in-seat mobile ordering.”
*All you need to know about MingsBings from the MLB site*
You can also find Popcorn, Peanuts, Cracker Jacks, and Ice Cream in all sections that are also gluten free for a snack. I don’t think their fries are considered gluten free because there isn’t a dedicated fryer for them, but I do eat a couple of them every time I’m there and have never had an issue. But cross contamination is very possible.
So, there you have it! Everything gluten free at Fenway Park! I hope this was helpful for you, if you get a chance to go catch a game during baseball season you should definitely do it! Go Red Sox!
