- 1 Pint Gluten Free Heavy Whipping cream [Silk brand for dairy free]
- 6 Tbsp Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 Tsp Gluten Free Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the large bowl of your electric mixer
- Beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
- Cover and refrigerate until needed [you can also freeze it]
- Serve with dessert or hot chocolate!
