Homemade Sweetened GF Whipped Cream

This is a delicious creamy homemade gluten free whipped cream, with a hint of vanilla!

Equipment

  • Electric Mixer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pint Gluten Free Heavy Whipping cream [Silk brand for dairy free]
  • 6 Tbsp Confectioner's Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Gluten Free Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the large bowl of your electric mixer
  • Beat on high speed until soft peaks form.
  • Cover and refrigerate until needed [you can also freeze it]
  • Serve with dessert or hot chocolate!
