Cuisine American
- 1 Lb Grassfed Beef [or ground turkey]
- 1 Box Gluten Free Pasta
- 1 Box Pacific Foods Creamy Tomato Soup
- 1 White Onion - chopped
Boil a pan of water for your gluten free pasta [I'm pretty sure the box says the pasta takes 11 minutes, I boil it for 14 minutes]
Then in a large frying pan, start to cook your ground hamburger and add in chopped white onions
You want the onions to be cooked and translucent
Sometimes I drain the grease and fat out of the ground beef just by carefully tipping it out into the sink and then let it keep cooking.
Once the hamburger isn't pink anymore you know it's cooked. So you can either add the tomato soup into the frying pan and mix it together with the beef and onions OR you can let it warm up in a separate pan.
I usually warm it up separate and then just ladle it on top in my bowl.
After the pasta is done cooking, drain the pasta. *Again, you can mix it all together - it's totally up to you and makes no difference in the taste* That's basically it! It's super simple and quick.
Enjoy!
*You can choose to season your meat - but like I said before, we're plain eaters*
You can also sprinkle with salt and pepper if you choose to once it's all done.
