Gluten Free Protein Balls

Today, I'm going to be sharing my gluten free protein balls recipe! These nutrient rich snack is really quick and easy to make and requires no baking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Gluten Free Oats
  • 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder I use Orgain Chocolate
  • 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder I use Orgain Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1/3 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients into a big bowl together
    1 Cup Gluten Free Oats, 1/2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder, 1/2 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, 1 Cup Shredded Coconut, 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter, 1/3 Cup Honey, 1/3 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips, 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • Roll into balls
  • Lay on cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Pop into the fridge to let them harden
  • Enjoy!

Notes

After mine have cooled in the fridge and harden, I put them in a tupperware container with parchment paper, so I can stack them and they don't stick to each other.
