Gluten Free Roasted Brussel Sprouts
I love making these quick roasted brussel sprouts for an easy gluten free side dish. They're roasted in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper! They're delicious!

- 2 lbs Brussel Sprouts
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 375º
Cut off stem of brussel sprouts - throw stems away
Then cut the brussel sprouts in half, or quarters [depending on their size]
Throw all the cut brussel sprouts in a large mixing bowl with all the ingredients and mix together
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tsp Minced Garlic, 1/4 tsp Sea Salt, 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Spread the brussel sprouts in your 9x11 pan and lay them all flat
Cook in the oven for 20 minute at 375º [I like to mix them around with a spatula about half way through so they all roast evenly]
Enjoy!
You can also add red pepper flakes if you like your food spicy.
Sometimes once these are cooked I add a tiny bit of gluten free italian or a creamy balsamic dressing on top!
