Chop all the canned tomatoes into bite size pieces, and throw all of it into the tupperware, along with the juice
2 28 oz Cans of Whole Peeled Tomatoes
Finely chop the purple and yellow onion and add in with the tomatoes
1 Large Red Onion, 1 Large Yellow Onion
Now chop the pepperoncini into small pieces, and add into the tupperware, I like to pour most of the juice from the jar into the salsa as well
1 14 or 16 oz jar of Pepperoncini
Chop the jalapeño into tiny pieces, now depending on how spicy you want it, you can add the seeds [the more jalapeño seeds you add, the spicier the salsa will be]
1 Fresh Jalapeño Pepper
Chop all the cilantro and add in, I use lots of Cilantro because I love it and think it's a big part of why this salsa is so good
1 Bunch of Cilantro
Now add the garlic, I usually just use the jar of minced garlic and add about 2 teaspoons
Small jar of Minced Garlic or 1 clove of fresh garlic, whichever you prefer
Mix it all together and give it a taste, sometimes I go back and add more Cilantro or Garlic if I think it needs it
[I like to refrigerate this for about an hour and then serve because that gives it time for the flavors to really blend together]
