First you want to drain and press the tofu, if you've never cooked tofu before, you cut open the package, drain the water, and then using a paper towel, press on the tofu and soak all the water out of it.
Then the cut the tofu into small little bite size, cubes
8 Oz Extra Firm Tofu
Drizzle the olive oil into your heated up pan and add your cut up tofu to the pan, and add the garlic. Let this cook on medium heat, pushing around occasionally.
1/2 tsp Garlic, Olive Oil Drizzle
While the tofu is frying, in a separate bowl, make your sauce.
1/4 Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce, 1/4 Cup Primal Kitchen No Soy Teriyaki Sauce, 1/2 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tsp Sesame Oil, 1/2 Tbsp Honey
Once the tofu starts to brown a little bit, pour the sauce into the pan with the tofu
Let that simmer for about 2 minutes
Now add your vegetables, onion, and cauliflower rice
1 Bag Stir Fry Vegetables Mix, 1 Bag Cauliflower Rice, 1/4 Cup Chopped White Onion
If your pan has a lid, I like to cover the stir fry up for a few minutes to let the steam cook the vegetables, mixing occasionally
Let the vegetables are cook to your liking [I usually let mine cook for about 10-15 minutes] and that's it!
